LLC "MS Social Project", a waste processing plant in Zhytomyr. The plant`s design capacity includes processing approximately 85,000 tons of municipal solid waste (MSW) annually and features a composting workshop (for fertilizer production), a sorting line by fractions (glass, plastic, etc.), processing of branches and other oversized waste, and SRF-fuel production.

The technology used at the plant is completely eco-friendly and does not involve emissions into the environment. It has its own wastewater and sewage treatment system.

With this technology, the processing depth reaches 85-90%, resulting in the production of secondary raw materials, alternative SRF-fuel for cement plants and thermal power stations, and compost from the organic fraction of MSW. The modern waste processing equipment includes:

• Reception bunker;
• Sorting line;
• Shredder and press for SRF-fuel production;
• Rotary sieve for organic compost extraction;
• Other composting equipment.
• Nominal waste processing capacity of 20 tons per hour.
• Partial equipment modernization completed.
• Reconstruction and modernization of the waste reception bunker.
• Replacement of parts of Croatian equipment with more powerful equipment manufactured in Ukraine:
  • Loading bunker conveyor with bag breaking unit, upgraded with an additional gearbox,
  • Magnetic separator.
• Major overhaul and modernization of the waste loading conveyor to the sorting line.
• Installation of two additional shredders to meet the requirements for fraction characteristics and quality of the output product according to the needs of the Ukrainian SRF-fuel market.
