The plant was built using modern equipment from the Croatian company Tehnix. The plant`s design capacity allows for the processing of approximately 85,000 tons of municipal solid waste (MSW) per year and includes a composting workshop (for fertilizer production), a sorting line by fractions (glass, plastic, and others), and SRF fuel production.

The technology employed at the plant is completely environmentally friendly and does not involve emissions into the environment, featuring its own wastewater and sewage treatment system. The waste processing depth using this technology will reach 85-90%, resulting in secondary raw materials, alternative SRF fuel for cement plants and thermal power stations, as well as compost from the organic fraction of MSW. The nominal processing capacity is 20 tons per hour. The modern waste processing equipment includes:

• A receiving bunker;
• A roto-sieve for organic compost extraction;
• A sorting line;
• Equipment for organic composting.

Additionally, partial modernization of the equipment was carried out:

• Reconstruction and modernization of the waste receiving bunker;
• Replacement of parts of Croatian equipment with more powerful equipment made in Ukraine, including:
  • Conveyor of the loading bunker with a bag-breaking system, upgraded with an additional gearbox,
  • Magnetic separator;
• Capital repair and modernization of the conveyor for loading waste onto the sorting line;
• Installation of two additional shredders to meet the requirements for fraction characteristics and the quality of the output product in accordance with the demands of the Ukrainian SRF fuel market.
