INFORMATION NOTICE
regarding the intention to adjust the tariff
for household waste management services, namely for the
operation of mixed household waste recovery
LLC “MS Social Project”
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated 05.06.2018 No. 130 “On Approval of the Procedure for Informing Consumers about the Intention to Change Prices/Tariffs for коммунal services with justification of such necessity” (as amended by the Order of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development dated 05.06.2024 No. 512), LLC “MS Social Project” informs consumers about the intention to adjust the current tariffs for household waste management services, namely for the operation of mixed household waste recovery.
As a result of the tariff adjustment for the operation of mixed household waste recovery, the planned economically justified tariff amounts to 181.38 UAH/m³ including VAT or 1,492.34 UAH/t including VAT.
The structure of the planned tariff for the operation of mixed household waste recovery is provided in Table 1.
