INFORMATION NOTICE
on the Intention to Change the Tariff

for Municipal Waste Management Services –
the Municipal Waste Recovery Operation
(Mixed Municipal Waste)

UKRAINIAN WASTE MANAGEMENT LLC

In accordance with Order No. 130 of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated June 5, 2018, “On Approval of the Procedure for Informing Consumers about the Intention to Change Prices/Tariffs for Utility Services with Justification of Such Necessity” (as amended by Order No. 512 of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine dated June 5, 2024), UKRAINIAN WASTE MANAGEMENT LLC (former name – MS SOCIAL PROJECT LLC) hereby informs consumers of its intention to change the tariff for the municipal waste management service – the mixed municipal waste recovery operation.

According to the calculations, the planned economically justified tariff for the mixed municipal waste recovery operation amounts to UAH 181.68/m³ including VAT, or UAH 1,484.90/tonne including VAT.

The structure of the planned tariff for the mixed municipal waste recovery operation is provided in Table 1.
